16 Te Marama Road Ellerslie, Auckland City

Sick of looking at new homes that aren't quite what you want? Wish you could have had some say in the design?

Here is your opportunity to create the home of your dreams, exactly how you want it done. Everything from exterior construction materials, floor plan, layout, colour scheme, and much much more. You will be in total control of your dream! Furthermore, you won't be paying the developers profit, but rather getting a brand new home for a fraction of the cost it would be if you bought brand new.

Outstanding location, quiet cul-de-sac, walking distance to the village, train station, and Ellerslie primary school!

It's not often we see sections come up for sale in the area, as developers almost always build on them themselves. This a truly unique opportunity, that will not sit around. Call us now to secure your dream!
