Jo Shera

Jo joined our team after several years owning and managing a streetwear clothing chain across Auckland and Wellington. She also has extensive experience in property investment. Having both owned investment properties and assisted in the sale of over 100 properties. Her role in this organisation involved sole charge in sourcing investment properties that matched specific criteria of clients and then facilitation of the sales for the General Manager. She was then the sole charge of sourcing funding and seeing the sale through to settlement. In recent times, Jo owned a high-end furniture importing company with exclusive distribution for Rausch, Elite, and the company's own-brand Inspired.

Her customer service experience combined with business acumen makes her an ideal person for you to call with any query or issue you might have. You will find her very easy to deal with and highly knowledgeable.

She brings extensive experience to the table and manages the backend of our property management office, including the system software Property Tree, and oversees all accounting and monthly reconciliation of the trust account. She is the central hub of our company.
