With almost 10 years of experience in real estate, including three years as a salesperson, an outstanding career as a corporate trainer at REINZ and Ray White New Zealand, and then as a highly successful digital manager, such labels are certainly warranted. In her role as Business Development Manager, Ella draws on her background in marketing to analyse opportunities for growth and develop strategies to enhance the business. Ella has a strong focus on digital strategy, continual improvement, and streamlining systems to enhance user experience and productivity. She conducts business with the highest degree of integrity and dedication and has a genuine interest in understanding the needs of her team and clients and works tirelessly until those needs are met.
With a Bachelor of Management Studies majoring in Marketing and Psychology, Ella embarked on a career in marketing. She made the move into real estate nine years ago, starting as a Licensee Salesperson alongside one of Ray White's business owners, and hasn’t looked back. The role sparked her love and passion for real estate and led her to her next position as a product manager with the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ). She was responsible for the development, sales, training, and onboarding of new digital products to all members, representing more than 14,000 real estate professionals nationwide.
Known for her ability to develop loyal partnerships and deliver over and above what is promised, Ella was presented with the opportunity to work at Ray White Corporate New Zealand as their Digital Manager. Ella thoroughly enjoyed her role assisting in the development of a national strategy to optimise the adoption and use of technology systems, and collaborating with individual network principals to optimise their business goals through the use of technology.
Her market knowledge, broad industry connections, and undeniably strong presence and confidence will see her excel in her new role.
