Passionate about architecture and interior design, along with a genuine desire to help people, Charlotte joined Lynn Lacy-Hauck's top-performing team Lynn + Co at Black Group Realty, Ray White Epsom in 2021.

With a background in the events management and tourism sectors, Charlotte brings a wealth of marketing expertise, crucial relationship development skills, and a focus on clear communication and strong ethics.

Charlotte is well aware that everyone’s experience of buying and selling real estate is unique and that real estate can be a stressful environment to operate in. She is, however, a proficient multi-tasker and prides herself on remaining cool, calm and collected in testing situations. The ability to handle high pressure ensures, for her clients, that the process of buying and selling property remains as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.

Charlotte prides herself on building enduring relationships with everyone she works alongside. 

A Titirangi local whose children attend local schools, Charlotte loves all the local Waitakere region has to offer. When she’s not working, you will find her spending time with her husband and children, enjoying the wonderful local beaches and walks.
