Emigrating to New Zealand from China in 2001, Ben brought with him a strong background in quality customer service and excellent selling skills gained during years of experience in his hometown.
In China, Benjamin worked in the Media Department of Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising Limited for three years. He then spent five years in the import and export business with Schenker International.
In New Zealand, after he obtained a National Diploma of Travel and Tourism, he became a tour guide working for a tourism company. Ben has travelled extensively around New Zealand, visiting areas such as Rotorua and Taupo, but also Whangarei, Wanganui and Wellington. Ben has great enthusiasm for learning and enjoying New Zealand culture.
In early 2005 Ben joined LJ Hooker Ponsonby Branch, focusing on the sale of city apartments. He had many listings and sold all of them very quickly. In November he transferred to the LJ Hooker Mt Roskill Branch. He very quickly became the top sales agent. In February 2008, Ben joined the new LJ Hooker Mt Eden office.
Ben is a true professional salesman. He has great customer service skills, is a good listener and has the expertise to match purchasers with the right properties. Ben builds long-term relationship with his clients with many going on to buy further properties through him.
In 2014, Ben sold many New Zealand residential and commercial properties in China, including villas, apartments, land, farm, golf course, wineries, motels etc. In 2015, he had many of his customers visit New Zealand for real estate field trips and successfully sold dozens of various types of New Zealand property.
